Anti static band
Arrived as promised, ideal to prevent static when working on computer boards. A good length of cable and a well made plug top, well pleased with anti static wrist band.

This plugs into a mains socket (earth pin only) for proper earthing.
This has an earthing plug, and wrist band and an expanding connecting strap which all connect together via pop-studs, and so is easy to fit. The wrist strap is also adjustable. A very good way of earthing yourself when working on computers or other electro-static prone equipment.

Using for health reasons
I rarely walk bare footed on the natural ground therefore I do not release body static. Wearing 2 hours per day helps me feel better, reduces pain, mostly sleep better and more. Read the science.
