Great value for these high quality supplements! Recommend!

I was recently diagnosed with Hashimoto's disease and wanted to take a vitamin supplement to see if it would help boost my energy level. I am also on medication prescribed by my endocrinologist and on a low carb diet; however, I think these combined efforts have contributed to a slightly higher energy level. That being said, I have only been taking this supplement for about three weeks. If I notice a greater increase in my energy level, I will edit my review. One factor that led me to choose this particular brand was that it is verified non-GMO (http://www.nongmoproject.org/). As with any vitamin supplement, check with your doctor before using and stop using immediately if any side effects occur.

I love MegaFood supplements. I ran out of my E & Selenium and purchased a new bottle. They have changed the ingredients and it now includes silicon dioxide and yeast extracts which are not listed on the product page. I wish they would go back to the old formula. I’ll need to find a new selenium supplement.

I love that this is a whole foods product in a veggie cap. It really works well and I even noticed that the cracks in my heals have been healing up. Major bonus that shows that it is working.

I only take one, but I could take more due to the fact the ingredients are all natural. I even love the smell of them!
