Looks good
I’ve had to change my review about this product because I’ve been told conflicting information from the seller and the police. The seller who told me that they supply this product to UK Police Force and like it says 100% legal in mainland United Kingdom. Since knife crime has been on the rise I’ve been carrying mine on my belt more often. So I called our non emergency police line 101 and asked them about it. I told them all about it. Where I got it from and that the seller supply’s there equipment. But here’s the kicker. Police operator told me it’s classed as a Firearm. Law Section 5 subsection 1b Firearms act 1968. And prevention of crime 1953. So I’m now wary of carrying this and using it. I’m waiting until Police Stores opens again and speak to them because they sell it to civilians. So you see how I’m confused about this.

Dangerous
This is essential for the ladies out there. It does what it says on the tin and I have seen the effects of it. The range is pretty decent and if your attacker is only 50% committed to going for your handbag then just the threat of holding it up is enough to make them question their decision. My GF has it attached to the shoulder strap on her handbag so in the tug of war with the attacker it will at least be more accessible than if it was inside it.It FOAMS up like putting half a bottle of red bubble bath under a running tap so unlike mace it will affect the attacker in more ways than one. It gets everywhere! After trying it out on a cardboard box i dabbed my finger in it for a test. It worked it's way into my skin pretty fast and it would have stayed there for days except for a lucky accident - i managed to get it off my skin in 24 hours but that secret will stay with me. (I don't want to help out the bad guys now do I)

a nifty little tin you csn keep in your pocket
I bought this as we are having problems with out of control dogs in the park attacking ours. hopefully I will never have to use it but it makes me feel safer having it. I don't think any owner wants their darling dog to have red paint all over it, so I am hoping it might make them bother to grab it and put it on a lead earlier.I get it out rather theatrically and stand with it raised and they possibly think it is pepper spray.it is a nice little tin you can keep in your jacket pocket, with no danger of setting it off by mistake.of course it isn't going to be much good against an attack, but can perhaps prevent one.

Great Product.
Definatley a good product. I bought this as a standard issue piece of equipment for my personal security & crowd control staff. Not one of them has ever had to use it but I imagine it would do the job. The product stains the skin/clothing red for up to 6 days without washing off & is sticky so will irritate the eyes & obstruct vision, giving enough time to subdue a hostile attacker or escape quickly, it doesnt smell to good either. The belt pouch also makes it easier to be carried for my staff members as it is also used by many doormen/bouncers too. Great product.

Just in case !!
Nice and compact, fits in a trouser cargo / coat pocket easily. Arrived promptly. Have not used it so cannot comment on its performance. Bought to defend my miniature schnauzer should he be attacked by another dog(s). Don't know how it would stand up in this role so also intend to buy myself a stout walking stick. Local dog recently killed by staffordshire bull terrier's so I'm just trying to be prepared for any trouble. Hopefully I'll never have to use it but its now there just in case.

Probably good but not that practical in a sudden attack. Something that u carry with u all the time, ready to use would be bette
Have not used it because when I was attacked, despite having the product strapped to my wheelchair, the attack was so sudden (a swift punch to my face that was so hard it knocked me out of my wheelchair backwards), there was simply no time to get it out. Afterwards, I was too stunned mentally to remember that I had the product. I now question the usefulness of products like this, that appear good but need time and good thinking to work. I think something like 'thunder knuckles'' or whatever they are called are better. Thunder Knuckles (cannot remember if that is right name) are a little plastic gadget that wraps around your knuckles, like the handle of a mug. Where the mug part would be are two small metal electrodes. You make contact with the assailant and they zap the person with as many volts of electricity as they can. Prob not legal in all countries, but if it is then I will go for it.

As describes, looks the part
This spray canister is quite a snug fit into the supplied belt holder, I found I needed to be quire careful when inserting it so as not to accidentally set it off. One minor concern is that there are no English instructions anywhere on the product, and no translation is provided. Having said that it’s use is quite obvious, point at assailant and press the button! As for it’s effectiveness I can’t comment as my wife has not yet had cause to use it (and hopefully never will). Either way it does bring some peace of mind to know that she has it with her and that it is easily accessible. Good product for the price, even if it is never used.
