I originally recieved one of these as a gift and use it at work and I liked it that much I bought these for at home.They are so cute and very light.There are no issues drinking hot or cold drinks from them.I have had no issues with leaking or with water getting in between the layers of glass when washing them up that have been mentioned in other reviews.

They are so adorable! They feel like plastic but look like glass which is perfect. Due to the double glass, it can comfortably hold hot liquids. Absolutely love them.

Super cute set of mugs.Only thing is they only hold 200ml not the specified amount stated.

The bear mugs arrived exactly as per pictured, holds nicely in hand and easily even for children.Given that they have 2 layers, it does not feel cold or hot to hold no matter the temperature of the liquid, however we have not tested with boiling water yet (and would not recommend anyway!). Gotten many praises for them and have shared the link to at least 2 more people.One thing to note is that they are slightly hard to wash by hand (where their ears are) but I pop them into the dishwasher at ECO mode and had no issues. Would recommend them again, they make great gifts.

Would not recommend. I bought 2 sets of these mugs and within weeks there was a crack. My photo is showing water droplets between the inner and outed glass.The seller wasn't helpful at all. Was only offered a third of the cost refunded.

I purchased one of these directly from China a couple of years ago. I unfortunately dropped it and broke it. Found these on Amazon and ordered them as a replacement. They are identical and of equally fantastic quality. Very happy with them and would recommend them to anyone who wants a coffee cup with a bit of character.

Great gift highly recommend

First, I want to say that the shipping box is well designed and holds your mugs securely. It minimizes the chance of damage in transit. The mugs are also cute and functional. They hold a reasonable amount of beverage. The double wall with vacuum insulation helps keep your coffee hot for a decent amount of time. The bear figures are cute and my family members love them.
