Lovely book
Lovely book - ideal Christmas gift. Our grandchildren loved it and I've put it aside for next Christmas. They can't wait to see the giant pop up tree at the end.

Disappointing
I was disappointed with the story and the fact that there are very few pages in the book. Top marks for the amazing pop up tree at the end but there are much better Christmas books on the market.

Grandkids loved it!
Grandkids loved the book! Even the small ones like lifting the flaps to find the surprise behind them.

ポップアップはかわいいが1歳児には早すぎる
一年のうちで自分の誕生日よりもなによりもクリスマスが好きな私は、今月一歳半になる息子にも同じようにクリスマスを好きになってほしくて、こちらの本を購入。通っている英会話スクールでもこの手のぺらっとめくるようなしかけ絵本を使っているので買ってみましたが、案外息子は喜びませんでした。最後のページの大きなツリーのところは面白がって何度も開いたり閉じたりをしますが、どうしてもまだ力加減がわからないためそのうち壊してしまいそう^^;そして1ページあたりの文字数が結構多いので、どんなに早口で読んであげても1歳児は待てず、読み終わるよりも先にしかけをペロッとめくりたがったり次のページにいきたがったり。。。(英語圏に住んでいたので英語には不自由ないのですが、そんな人がつまづかずにすらすら読んだとしても、です)対象年齢が5-6年となっていますので、やはり文字数などの関係から幼児にはちょっと厳しかったかなと思いました。(英語がわかる、わからないではなく、ただ単に文章が長いので待てない！のです...)もう少し大きくなったらストーリーもあわせて楽しめるかな？と思います。絵本自体そこそこ大判てしっかりしていて、1500円前後でこのクオリティなら良いかな？息子のお気に入りの絵本になってくれることを期待して☆5つです。
