It Works!
This small panel is used to power the lights and radio on our solar golf cart. So far it has been on for a couple of weeks and works great.

Works Well, Efficient.
I bought this to charge my Ring Battery Plus doorbell (Ring no longer offered an external solar panel for the doorbells, only one that frames the doorbell and provides very limited charge, and if your doorbell location has no sun, you're SOL).This works really well to keep my Ring "fully charged" (trickle charge hovers around 80% for battery longevity), so I have never had to recharge it once.Installation was relatively straightforward...the included wiring was just long enough that no length needed to be added, and Ring automatically detected it as a solar device when it was connected.I was a bit disappointed that it did not include basic mounting hardware, and the mounting holes weren't useful without some sort of bracket, so we had to improvise a bit.All in all I'm very satisfied with the functionality, but did remove a star for the lack of mounting options.

Great for It's Size!
I wanted a small & not so wide solar panel. I am building a small solar generator and this was just the right size. I have other solar panels by Newpowa and am very happy. I called them and they said even this small 15 watt panel was warrantied for 25 years! It is well made and not heavy. All be buying more perhaps 25 watts and up!

For a cheap panel, this over performs
i have bought 2 of these, at separate times. I bought the first one to charge a 6ah 12v battery in my shed to power some 12v fans on a temperature circuit to keep it ventilated in the heat. I just bought a 2nd one as a upgrade to add extra power for some more fans, and fitted to the solar controller i bought these keep both batteries fully charged even when fans are running all day, even on days where the weather isn't ideal. My only gripe is how hard to mount they are. The screw holes are to hard to get to, so i ended up bounding them to the shed roof. I guess they are made to fit a rack, and i was unable to find one that worked. Well worth the money, but must be fitted with controller because peak unloaded power is 22v, (normal for a solar panel incase you didn't know) so it would kill a 12 volt battery without one.

Needs regulator
The first time I put a meter on it it shot up to 17vdc so if you plan on hooking up anything sensitive you better have a voltage regulator. Seems sturdy enough with an aluminum frame which will help with mounting. Only time will tell if can hold up.

Sturdy and reliable so far, not the easiest to install
I bought two NewPowa panels for a solar-powered automatic door on my chicken coop. The first one was a polycrystalline model (same wattage, slightly larger); that one was harder to install, since the holes on the panel frame weren't quite big enough and had to be tapped out for the mounting screws which came with the (separately purchased) mounting brackets. This one, the monocrystalline model, had holes which didn't require any extra drilling, but I did still have to buy the mounting hardware separately. And it's a bit tricky to install; holding the nut inside the frame while arranging the bracket and bolt would be easier with a third hand, and there's not a lot of room. But it's doable. The panel itself seems quite sturdy, and so far is putting out reliable power. You can get the mounting brackets from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0819MJ33QI'm using the two panels with this charge controller and a 12V lead-acid battery: https://www.amazon.com/SolarSynthesis-Controller-Waterproof-Lead-Acid-Discharge/dp/B07FCS2P4B
