Fresh pollen, bright colour, good taste! Best pollen, highly recommend!
I was so pleased to receive today my fresh bee pollen. It's the first time purchasing from this company, so I choose a 100gr order, just to see if it's good or not, as I had bad experiences in the past. And what a lovely surprise, I received it and first of all the colour is so bright yellow, smells fresh and thinking that it is dry pollen it is not too dry at all, it is actually very fine. I take normally a teaspoon of bee pollen and put it under my tongue and let it absorb. With this one it became quickly like a paste which shows how fresh and not too dry it is, which I love it. Another thing is the taste, it has a very mild taste to it, not unpleasant at all. Very, very pleased with my purchase, I will order more now.

A Bee Produced Supplement
I purchased this product on my friend’s suggestion. I appear to be very prone to frequently catching colds and viruses. One of the benefits that the bee pollen has been known for centuries past is in that it augments the immune system, and a multitude of other benefits. Itis also good for the cardiovascular system, it is beneficial for blood cleansing(gentle support tothe kidneys), and it has a positive effect on the hypertension-to mention but a few. A productgenerated completely naturally by the hard working bees!! If you are seeking to find an excellent dietary supplement, the bee pollen fits the bill perfectly. Have a read on the internet,to obtain a more comprehensive information on this item.Mr M Sanca

The Bees' Knees
I hadn't tried bee pollen before but was advised that it could help improve my hay fever, so I thought I'd give it a try. I first looked at capsules, but some of those had gelatine shells, which I did not want as I am vegetarian. Despite some other reviewers disliking the taste, I have found it ok, just slightly odd on first try! I sprinkle a couple of teaspoonsful over my muesli every morning and find it quite palatable. I cannot be sure, but feel that it is already helping my hay fever symptoms, as I am usually afflicted by this time of the year, starting early with tree pollen. My eyes are not itching nearly as much as usual, though who knows? Maybe weather conditions are different this year, due to recent cold temperatures, or maybe it's really having an effect! This pollen arrived within a few days of my ordering it and I'm quite pleased that it's not over packaged. I find the resealable plastic bag that it comes in perfectly adequate for storage and daily use.

Good quality, nutty/flowery flavour.
I praise this stuff as a cure (temporary) for histamine allergies, it is a natural anti-histamine which can be used to combat conditions such as hayfever and atopical dermatitis (eczema).I had eczema my entire life and had to use steroid and moisterising creams to control it, consuming this can totally remove the symptoms ie; itching, redness, dry skin, open sores etc. but while this may sound amazing you have to consume around a teaspoon every day or two to keep it at bay. However the reason I gave this product 4 stars is due to the flavour, I don't hate it, but it tastes somewhat akin to nuts which I only eat with cereal and honey to mask the flavour. I have recently tried fresh bee pollen from an active apiary that I stumbled across in the woods, I didn't want to open the hives so I took a few of the pollen balls from underneath and they tasted incredibly sweet in comparison with this product.

Wasn't bad at all
Wasn't bad at all, I expected it to taste worse. It's a bit flowery and weird, but quite palatable. I started off with half a teaspoon in my porridge and had no adverse reactions (not that I expected to but everybody says you should start small at first). After a few days I'm now on a teaspoon. I now plan to add it to my homemade greek yogurt with some raw honey, and smoothies, and I'll continue adding it to porridge (no idea whether the heat would destroy any of the goodness though).A good buy if you are wanting to try a small amount of bee pollen without having to throw out a large pack if you absolutely can't bear the taste (some people hate it) or are allergic.
