Great all around
Works well. Easy to use. They answered my questions quickly. Great value. I had an issue when I thought I was returning it. They not only solved it but gave me instruction and I love the product.

Not user friendly
You have to slide it over what your scanning. Could only get it to work once. Couldn't get it to save to the selected folder. Wasted 2 evenings trying to get it to work.

Doesn’t meet the expectations.
The device has issue with lights. Even after calibration there are lines due to irregular illumination of lamps in device creating lines and patches. Bad experience.

Quit working within 2 uses.
Not recommended. It quit working after two scans. Too much of a hassle to return so now it is a paperweight. YUK!

using it to scan my old school yearbook , Scanner works great but wish it was smaller, You have to scan slowly to get a real good scan, but its not a major problem, it is tedious to use the small sd card that goes in the scanner, but overall its a good product
