Low calorie, high protein, WINNER!
This is without doubt the best protein powder on the market right now.I've been training for 25yrs and have used all manner of supplements in that time. And i can categorically say that this is the best protein powder on the market. If you're looking for a high protein content (grams of protein per 100g), then you will not find one better than this. This product is 80% pure protein (80g's of protein per 100g). The next best you'll find will be something like USN Whey, which is roughly 70%. Most other products are in the 60% to 70% range. A huge difference compared to the Reflex Pro here. You need to bear this in mind - the lower the % of protein, the higher the calories/fat etc. This product is 80% protein, so there's only 20% left for things like calories, fat, and whatnot. But if you're buying a powder that's 60%/70% protein, then each of your shakes will be 30%/40% calories/fat, Therefore - the higher the protein content, the better.Because the protein content is so high, and the calorie/fat content is so low, it makes it perfect for people on a diet. I've used this when i've been on a diet (and training too obviously). I'll have breakfast, then rather than snack on crisps or a cereal bar or whatever mid-morning, i'll have a shake instead. So much more healthy, and fills you up even more.It mixes very well too. 2 scoops of protein with about 300ml of water, shake it for 10 seconds, and it's perfectly blended.Because it's such a high protein content, it does taste fairly watery. If you want a thicker shake, then you can either blend it with milk or you'll need to buy another product. Powders with a lower protein content tend to be thicker, as they're usually used for meal replacements.I honestly think the taste is fine. But then i wouldn't care if i didn't like it. Anyone who's given this 1 star because of the taste needs a check up from the neck up. Just because you don't like the taste of something, doesn't make it a bad product. But i buy a powder for the benefits it'll give me, not how it tastes. If you want to thicken it up - add milk. If you want to alter the taste - mix it with fruit juice. There's all sorts of things you can do.But you will not find a better protein powder than this.

Love this stuff, mixes well with fruit, keeps me full and value for money compared to smaller packs
For a low calorie breakfast I mix three scoops with just over 200ml of tap water, blitz that then add frozen fruit and blitz again. The vanilla flavour is pretty mild so it doesn't affect the taste of my fruit smoothie but does keep me full up until lunch, something the fruit doesn't manage on it's own. When I'm out of fruit I just add a shot of espresso and a little ice for a filling iced coffee. It doesn't like really acidic fruits, it's OK but it's close to curdling. Is fine with berries, banana, coconut, mango, etc but it doesn't like a mix I use that has passion fruit and pineapple. I'm not sure which once is causing the issue and just avoid this now. The mixes with small amounts of lime are fine, so the volume of acidic fruit seems to be the issue. If you're looking for a great blender I recommend the Breville Blend Active one, it's super cheap and mine is still going strong after a few years. The frozen smoothie packs I use are called Love Struck (rebranded from Love Smoothie) and are available on Amazon, last time I looked.

Good Protien Shake
Good value for money, is a good protien supplement. The taste is good considering it is a protein shake. Mixes really easy. I just wish there was a way when it's delivered to not have to dig to find the scoop

A premium British made whey
Unlike a very popular US brand that's made in different countries, Reflex is only made in the UK in the company's own facilities for full control. This gives me peace of mind about products' safety and consistency. It tastes great in my opinion, and it has a very high ratio of protein per weight. Whenever I have a choice I always pick reflex over any other brand of whey.

Repeats
Hours later.I tried the chocolate first, awesome. Then banana, not for me but my wife likes it, especially with added Nesquik. Then the Strawberry and Raspberry. My wife likes it with strawberry Nesquik and says it mixes better, but if I had it at lunchtime it still comes back even after dinner. Buurp. Now on the vanilla which is fine. Each time two scoops blended with 300ml full milk and 150g Fage.
