Life changing for some.
Absolutely fantastic. Had Septoplasty over 10 years ago through the NHS. Never solved my problem. In fact, Made it significantly worse.Have been prescribed Cortisteroids by incompetent GP's and ENT Surgeons for what clearly is an external nasal valve collapse which requires a Rhinoplasty. Given that we have another money hungry tax called the NHS, They usually just fob everyone off these days. This product prevents my nose from closing on the right hand side, Not only allowing me to breath significantly easier but it's also helping me to smell (I lost this after my Septoplasty). It has also stopped me snoring and watery eyes. This is obviously a temporary solution but that's all most of us have these days.

Initially excellent
but become increasingly more difficult to get into the correct position and therefore become less effective and starts to irritate the nose. Built in obsoletion? Or wrong material for the job? Or cynically, the correct material for the job, either way £10 a month initially is wonderful as you can breathe but £10 for one particular appliance which isn’t solving the problem is expensive when the stick on ‘Robbie Fowler’ plasters do the same thing, let you breathe better and don’t cure you, but at a much reduced price.

Works well
Good fit (for me) pretty easy to insert & stays in really well. Definitely helps me breathe easier. For the price I think it should come with two of the carry cases. Not including a spare is a poor show. Otherwise a good purchase.

Not firm enough, too flimsy, cheap junk!
I have been using something similar to these for about 6 months and decided to buy a newer set. The other pair are strong and made of smooth plastic and work great. These sadly do not. They are made of very soft rubber and bend far too easy. They are not strong enough to properly open the nose, these are just cheap junk at a high price.Straight in the bin.

It's works
Works great for snorring. Helped my breathing a bit too. Does fall out sometimes. But would definitely recommend.

The most comfortable dilators I've tried
I keep hearing that one of the other dilators on the market is the best, and I am not getting agitated reading this - because I'd be distraught if I was unable to get Airmax. I think I've tried every single other one out there. The most popular other one is so painful to me that I cannot sleep on my side, plus fidgety to put in. Some of the reviews of Airmax seem to say that it falls out and is flimsy, but quite honestly I reuse mine over and over again, with a quick rinse. It's just a case of getting used to inserting it far enough, and even if it does slide down a little, I still have substantially better air flow. I absolutely love this product. However, I am quite environmentally aware, so would love them to make multi packs of these as each single one sold comes with so much packaging for one little device that it traumatises me! So if they were to offer a pack of three with a few quid off, I think it would be a great thing.

Disappointing
Not the most comfortable but bearable.Fall out while you sleep.Didn’t feel any benefit using them.

It done the job that was needed. I won’t be able to fully state if it did good but it was helpful
