Back on the water
Had to modify one piece to fit perfect. All in all worked well

Useless
Small O ring does not fit in the recess (cut out in housing not deep enough), making cup proud and therefore unable to seal to plate. Large O ring does not fit either. Useless parts. Do not buy.

Just like factory
This kit fits perfectly in a 2013 Yamaha 150. I have replaced the impeller in the past so it was quick work. Everything looks and fits just like the OEM parts. Save some money, get this kit, and save your outboard from over heating.

Does not fit 225's
I purchased 4 of these for 2 boats. One has Yamaha 150's (2023) and it worked great. The other one has 225's (2020), it is not compatible. Those have a larger pump that is completely different. The product description is not correct.

Water pump kit
Everything was good except kit did not include plastic piece and collar that goes over it not in pic either. I got lucky and reused old one but sometimes the old plastic gets hard and breaks.
