Cleans effectively but immersed magnet is not water tight.
This has very strong magnets so you have to be careful as instructed. It cleans the large area of my aquarium glass removing visible algae quickly and effectively. However after a couple of uses I felt water sloshing around inside the immersed magnet so it was not properly sealed against water ingress, which could eventually reduce its buoyancy. Fortunately I was able to carefully prise off the cover, dry it out, and reseal the cover with an aquarium safe adhesive\sealant. Fingers crossed I have no further problems now.
