excellent alternative to pills

I re-ordered these because they do help me sleep (even if it's just a little bit of help, it's worth it to me). The first container I got didn't clump together so I reordered them when I used up the first container. All the gummies in the second container were all stuck together and really difficult to separate. I still like the taste, but I'm not sure I'll order these again if I can find a different brand of gummies.

Tasty, and seems to do what magnesium glycinate is supposed to do, but, when it arrived, everything was sort of melted and melded together. Not ideal.Edited - I'm changing the rating to a "3" , because the clumping is so inconvenient.i have small hands, but it is still difficult to reach into the bottle and separate. If I can find a comprable magnesium gummy, that's what I'll be ordering next time.

I do like these vitamins, the taste is good, they’ve helped improve my sleep and athletic performance. The only complaint I have is they always come clumped together and it takes forever to get them unstuck to each other.
