WIDE VORTEX TWIST FLOW ACCELERATOR - MODEL VAR

In my tank I really like the flow of the flow accelerator. I have a 72 bow front with mag 9 (choked down) return pump using a return manifold. I could never turn up the pump because of too much splashing. The vortex caused a gentler motion while still being able to move the sand around, I will be adding a second vortex to get more random movement.It is hard to snap onto lock line but I heated the female wide end in hot water and it went together.

Came broken with a split right down the seam where it meets the connector and wont stay connected and seal properly. Also is missing the entire line lock its suppose to come with & looks like someone took it right out of the package before shipping!

Have bought before, works great as always.

Quite a bit larger in diameter than I was expecting. Connectors fit nice and tight pretty hard to get a part but workable. they have been in the tank about a month now and are still functioning properly

Flow is cut by around 2/3 to 3/4 in exchange of some random flow, but easily modified to get some of the flow back. It's usefull for anyone who own a powerful return pump. In my case I run 12k lph return pump set at "6" (1/lowest, to 20/fastest) set on pulsing mode, before; now set to "10" to get roughly the same amount of flow, albeit at less random flow.

I've had this for about a 2 months. The flow is not great and the spinning part stopped spinning within a week.

Didn't do what the description said it would do went back to my old ones

this product can not fit standard garden hose !
