Not 40cm/extra deep. 22cm deep post 40 degree wash
Firstly, I purchased 2 x brushed cotton (flannelette) fitted sheets described as 14cm 16” deep.This is a huge exaggeration of the truth. As noted on the manufacturers label. These sheets are in fact 25cm 10” deep. Pre-washed.The fabric used to make these sheets IS NOT pre-shrunk! So as soon as you wash these sheets you will inevitably notice that these sheets will shrink by 3 cm if washed at 40 degrees.Good quality flannel should be able to withstand temperatures of 60 -90 degrees. 60 if you’re using fitted sheets as elastic doesn’t do well at prolonged high temperatures.Do these sheets fit a deep mattress? No! They do not and I wouldn’t recommend these sheets for a deep mattress. Instead I would recommend a king size flat sheet for a 4’6” double bed. Or a king size fitted and purchase some mattress clips.Is the fabric good quality? These flannel sheets are on the light side of a medium weight fabric. A good quality bedding fabric starts at a medium weight and runs into heavy weight.

Dit wordt verkocht als een flanellen hoeslaken, maar is heel dun en zeker geen flanel.
Ik vraag reeds sinds dag 1 om dit te retourneren.Ik raad iedereen af nog iets via Amazon te bestellen!
