Great Phone! Bought this for my aunt who is 93 yrs. young. She is very happy with this Phone. Numbers are very large and she’s able to see them and dial away!

Unfortunately the sound quality of this phone was so poor as to make it almost useless. Anyone speaking to me sounded like they had their head in a bucket. It did ring loudly, however, and the light flashed. The return window was closed by the time I found out how to return it, so I'm stuck with it. Sad experience.

My great-aunt has been having trouble keeping her cell phone charged and is always losing it or putting it on silent. This has been the perfect solution for her. She doesn't really travel and if she did, she would probably leave her phone at home anyway. So this phone has been the perfect addition. She now has a land line she can't lose. The buttons are huge and she loves having the speed dial with the pictures in it. The speaker is loud and the ear piece is loud. It honestly couldn't be more perfect. It comes with everything you need in the box. 10/10 recommend.

phone was working great. we don't use it much. bought it for a disabled person to use, might have used it less than ten times to receive calls. unable to place call but can still receive them. not happy with phone.

What a contradiction! Big phone buttons but the contrast quality is SO LOW that it's hard to see the caller ID! Seniors stay away!

Excellent phone for older people who cannot hear well and/or who cannot find or remember phone numbers. The phone works great; the voices are loud and clear. Has 3 programmable photo keys with space for 3 pictures of your own choice and two direct dial buttons that make calls to important people easier. Very easy to program. After that, just press the picture of the person you want to call. Simple but functional product and valid for the use of elderly people. The extra loud ringtone is up to 90 dB, and the adjustable call volume can be increased by 40 dB with the boost function during the conversation. The speakerphone feature works well. Incoming calls and Missed Calls are displayed visually via an LED light bar. The large buttons make it easier for seniors to dial the numbers and select the contacts.

Cheap materials. Buttons don't work right when programming phone numbers and names. Very frustrating. Sending it back. Very disappointed since it had all the features I wanted.

We get a lot of robocalls, so the " missed Call" light is always flashing.There is no clear cut way of shutting it off>I finally gave up and put Duct tape over it.THe ringer cannot be fully shut off. What if I want to take a nap and not be disturbed by Robocalls??I guess I'll just unplug it. :(
