i.am+ Buttons Bluetooth Earphones - Gold

I have owned a pair for over a year and took the opportunity to get another two pairs on offer.I like the joined buds, I am non-fan of the separate buds - much harder to lose and less messing. I also like the flexibility to chose exactly what type of bud shape to use. The connection cable is strong.They are the best Bluetooth headphones I’ve used for audio quality, far better than one go using Apple’s own. I listen to classical, rock, heavy, audiobook etc, they are not ‘base-y’ but lovely and bright. For real quality I have a bare of B&W P7’s for reference, but obviously they are a different order.No good for sport - but I use a pair of Bose for that - they are robust and comfy but definitely lower audio quality.Battery life is limited - I tend to charge every few hours.And they come in a range of colours.

Good things first...The connections and sound quality are very good. They are largely comfortable. Finally battery isn't too bad either. I've tried at least 4 other wireless buds including the Sony buds - these are highly recommended!HOWEVER...the magnets have pretty much stopped working....the design means that unless both are in your ears one side or another drags and is always at risk of falling away.Finally and by far the biggest issue - the customer service is absolutely AWFUL. My Buttons developed a fault when I tried to use Google Assistant. After over 6 weeks of asking for support and getting virtually no response and certainly nothing helpful...I finally had someone tell me that Amazon aren't an authorised reseller and I should contact Amazon directly! I complained asking why they had taken so long to say that if it was true and they decided that in this special case they would send a replacement...as of posting this I'm still waiting.If this review was solely on the Buttons it might be a 3 star review but since you rely on service as well as the buttons this is a solid 2 and that's entirely because the button still play sound most of the tie...just don't try using Google Assistant or relying on i.am.Buttons support.

So pleased with these headphones! I have to admit I bought them as i'd seen Will.i.am wearing them every week on The Voice, and thought they looked great, plus it was handy that you can neatly wear the headphones around your neck (those beautiful metal backs are magnetic - they simply stick together). What I wasn't expecting was how good they sound, how easy they are to use, and how many choices of eartips i'd get.I've had Beats wireless headphones before, and they were poor quality for the money - the Buttons are much better; a more balanced sound (no booming bass) and so simple to pair via Bluetooth - you even get a voice in your ear telling you you're connected.The choice of eartips is great - not just different sizes (small, medium and large; small was perfect for my lady ears!), but ones with hooks and fixers, too - so you can change them depending on whether you're going to the gym or just going to work etc.

I bought two for my boys (17 and 20) for Christmas after reading reviews. They are very sceptical about anything I choose that I think is on trend without checking with them so I knew I was taking a risk 😁 but they both really love them! Excellent sound quality and the design allows them to know that they aren’t likely to lose them because they easily attach by the magnets so are readily accessible. The Bluetooth wireless is great for while they are studying or travelling on the bus as there are no wires getting in the way. There are a huge range of choices for the shape and size of the earbuds which is brilliant because my boys (and I) have struggled over the years to find comfortable earpieces. I also managed to buy for under £80 each as their main Christmas gift so all round I am really pleased. A great purchase

I love the headphones such good quality and the price is amazing love them and will be buying a second pair sound is excellent and Bluetooth works fantastic as well really do recommend

Poor bass response was a disappointment so sent them back :-(

just received mine tonite. Amazed at the options for ear pieces and changed so they fit right in. Sound is superb...again I'm well impressed. I have Beats 'Power beats and these win hands down. Was a bit dubious as they are more a fashion accessory seen by some but I'll tell you this...buy a pair and you won't be disappointed I promise you. If I was scoring out of ten...they'd be an eleven

Love these. Clarity is great and the charge lasts quite along time. If you move away from your device, the "discs" are magnetised which keeps them in place around your neck.
