Horrible product! Head doesn’t spin when touching any surface

Only used it one time..worked ok. Second time would not charge..while charging it had a burnt smell. Like a short..

not strong. does not scrub that well. I still have to work hard to clean still. :(

I liked this brush for the short time it worked. I have had this for 11 months; last used a few months back. Now the battery won't charge. (I gave my daughter one about 6 months ago and it would recharge for only about 4 months.) The literature that came with it is very vague on what battery it uses or how to replace it. After researching the cost of nickel-cadmium batteries, I can't even guess which battery to get or what the cost will be since they all are expensive, $30-$40 range. You can buy a whole new brush for that. Maybe that is the company's expectation.Given the frustration of the short life of the device and trying to find a new battery and all the cost involved, I would not recommend buying this brush. I would highly expect that there are other companies out there that have a better product.

I am 5"2 tall so i will not be able to reach the top tiles while cleaning the bathroom. So these brushes give me good height to clean the side tiles. Only problem that it does not offer replacement heads. Overall cleaning is good with these brushes.

The motor is weak and it doesn’t scrub well. Pretty bulky to store as well. Would have returned if I could have easily brought back to a store. I’m horrible about online returns.

This scrubber has no power. Once touching the surface the scrubber doesn't have enough power to keep turning. I would not recommend this.
