The light will NOT light up where it says when charging etc.It WILL CHARGE.... BUT ****ONLY**** with the cord they SENT YOU. NOTHING ELSE.I tried to use my compatible phone charger. Nooooooope. I have 2 of these now. 😅 Keep the cord. Use the cord to charge.

It works as a case for my aligners, but it isn't too great of quality. The magnetic lock doesn't hold up. I have dropped the case and the aligners come out.Also it stopped charging and being able to do it's UV light thing.The UV light thing doesn't seem to be effective at all. It doesn't clean my aligners in any way. They don't seem to have less germs. I still have to clean them by other methods.It's not really worth it. Just get a cheap plastic kind, it would effectively be the same, without the waste of money.

I love the idea of this, and it's great for traveling. I use this after I use my retainer brite tablets in water, just to make sure it's physcially cleaning it and not just killing germs. Also, I don't have a ton of confidence that it's cleaning anything with just this light. The main reason for the 1 star is that it's so frustrating that the battery is horrible and I have to charge this all the time. I am surprised considering the light is only on for about 20 secs. I wish I could return it but I think it's too late. Do your homework on the brands for this type of product bc this is possibly a cheap knockoff of a better executed idea.

Love the product but it stopped working after a few months—i can see the charging LED when I plug it in, but it won't turn on. I think the metal contacts might have gone bad or something so it can't tell if it's closed. Couldn't find a way to contact the manufacturer unfortunately.Update: I was able to get it working again by applying solder to the golden contacts on inside of the bottom half. Which means that the cause of the failure is just poorly designed contacts that wear off with regular use. Pretty disappointing but at least I was able to figure out how to make it useful again.

So I’m clumsy and drop things. I dropped this case 2 times and it no longer works to disinfect. However, I also found that is I do not use something to clean my Invisalign every time I take them out they become very “gross.” There is a film on them. So this type of case is not necessary. I would recommend getting a cleaner. I got a denture/retainer cleaner and use that 2-3 times a day. I have had the Invisalign for 2 weeks now. Using the denture/retainer cleaner has not damaged the Invisalign and they are much cleaner and no more film on them and me trying to brush them as well.
