Pasta lover
I have tried every shape of Aliveris pasta and I love it. Not only is the texture better than regular pasta (less starchy), but the flavor is better as well, it tastes like pasta but more so. The fact that it has added health benefits is icing on the cake. This is the only pasta in my household.

This pasta tastes no different to me than regular pasta; it is delicious and apparently "diabetic friendly"
I purchased two 12 ounce boxes of Aliveris "diabetic friendly" elbows at Home Goods simply because I feel it is healthier and lower on the glycemic index than regular pasta. Each box was priced at $2.29 which is a lot cheaper than Amazon. This tastes like regular pasta and is delicious. The ingredients are organically grown durum wheat semolina and soy germ. I absolutely love it and would purchase this again at an equivalent price. Cooking time is also the same as regular pasta.
