I don’t like gummy meds, with that said I still bought them because it was rated well for weight loss. The problem is getting past the strong vinegar smell and taste plus the slimy gooey gummy you have to chew. So far this pill has not worked for me, but I only want to lose a few pounds. I am not recommending it.
