I have had other keyboard covers that would move, leave keyboard marks on the screens, were uncomfortable to type on BUT this keyboard cover is THE BEST! I purchased this item for my Macbook Air 15” after upgrading from my Macbook Air 2017 model. It is super thin and easy to type on. Yes, it does decrease the keyboard touch sensitivity, you may have to put a little more pressure on the keys than without the keyboard cover but I prefer that over dust, pollen, dirt, dog hair etc getting under the keys. This does NOT slow down my typing at all. This is truly the best keyboard cover. It blends into the keyboard so seamlessly. I recommend this item 10/10 and I would purchase again! The packaging was magnificent as well. Great product.

So far I've purchased 6 other keyboard covers on Amazon and this one has blown me away.Here are the brands I have tried before:MOSISOProElifeIBENZERMasibloomI've tried silicone covers, rubber covers, the ones with the keyboard shortcuts, and other stuff and I always have some kind of problem with them. All of them warp after a while, some are hard (meaning that typing requires more force), they change color, they require some stickers to stay on the keyboard, and sometimes I can't see the keys because the backlight doesn't shine through. Just in general, I haven't really been pleased with the other options out there. But they were fine. And when my last one finally got to the end of its life (constantly falling off and getting dirty), I found this one from Soonjet.Let's talk about each aspect of the cover.FEELThe keys feel soft to type on. It doesn't take nearly as much force as other translucent covers out there. Wether it's in cold temperatures or hot temperatures, this keyboard cover feels more like a rubber glove or condom than a thin plastic shell.LOOKThe photos in this listing alude to a "black" option, but I didn't find it at the time of writing (10/28/2024). However the gray option looks okay. My keyboard ends up looking dark gray instead of black like the original keyboard, but it looks decent in my opinion. Nothing to gripe about. The backlight shows through enough that I don't feel like this cover interferes with visibility. The keys are perfectly visible when typing in the dark even with the screen and keys both at their lowest brightness setting.STABILITY 8/10This cover grips the keys slightly better than rubber keyboard covers. It only falls off when you turn the macbook completely upside down. Blowing with my mouth from the sides doesn't make the cover fly off unless I blow really hard. I can see this being pretty stable in most wind unless it's really super windy outside. It stays on very well overall. The only thing better would be adding double-sided stickers to keep the cover attacked, but those are super visible and take away from the clean look of the apple keyboard.DURABILITYI'm writing this review after using only for a few days. So I cannot say anything about how long this will last, but even if it only lasts 6 months before I need a new one, I can say I will happily order a new one. Very pleased with the "new" experience.Overall, this is the best I've found. There are only two things I would want to see improved:1. A truly black option that emulates the original color of my macbook keyboard.2. Some kind of adhesive on the cover that isn't attached to the actual keys themselves. I've gotten keyboard covers that come with a set of stickers you have to add to the keys and you can see them under the cover. They are super obvious and stick out like a sore thumb. Maybe the manufacturer could add adhesive on the outer edge or between the keys. It could come preinstalled on the cover and when installing for the first time, you could peel off the backing and install it.

When I first got it, I opened the box up and thought they forgot to put it inside. That’s how thin and discrete this keyboard protector is.Daily use wise, it does what it advertises.The typing “feeling”; you have to apply a little more pressure than normal when typing. The rubber material is a little harder/stiffer than others, but I prefer longevity than comfort. Overall, the typing feels fine to me. I grew up on Oregon Trail IBM keyboards, so having this keyboard protector is no burden whatsoever.It’s thin and it doesn’t touch the screen and leave marks.I would definitely recommend this to everyone.

It fits my M2 MacBook Air perfectly and doesn’t interfere with closing the lid or leave marks on the screen. Typing takes a bit of adjustment since the material is slightly firmer than other covers I’ve used, but I prefer the added durability over a soft silicone that stretches or tears easily. It offers a great balance between protection and usability. If you’re looking to keep your keyboard clean without compromising the MacBook’s sleek design, this is an excellent choice.

I love it and how sleek it is! I previously owned an M2 MacBook Pro (2022) with a clear cover and I was not a fan since it was clear and really moved around a lot. It also made typing a forceful action but not with this product! I was worried because it did not come with stickers to hold it down- I took about a week or so to "mold" to my keyboard and no issues since then.

The quality of this keyboard cover feels leaps and bounds better than others I have tried in the past, specifically against MOSISO. It adds very minimal bulk to my laptop and has a nice comfortable matte finish, which does not obscure backlighting of the keys. I use it especially to prevent any crumbs or cat hairs from getting in between my keys, requiring use of compressed air to get out

Best keyboard protector I've ever used. Not gummy or difficult to type. Nearly feels like there's nothing there. Hopefully it lasts for a while but so far it's great to type on, stays in place, and overall is very comfortable.

The cover fits perfectly over the keys. It doesn’t shift when you’re typing. It’s thin so it doesn’t affect closing the laptop all the way. And you can still see the letters/symbols/numbers clearly. There’s no stickiness compared to the silicone covers. I like sitting outside and I’ve noticed silicone covers tend to melt when exposed to the sun for too long. They leave a sticky residue after. However, this cover doesn’t. It protects my keys from crumbs, dust, oiliness from your fingers, and functions well. It doesn’t hinder the pressing of the keys. It’s not too expensive so I think it’s worth the price to take care of your laptop.
