Scarer
Needed this to scare the pigeons from our roof, it works great, quality is good had been battered by the strong winds and snow we've had, some of the edging has come loose but doesn't affect it.

A big joke for all the local birds
This has to be the worst bit of rubbish that I have ever bought. A handyman fitted it up for me and he wondered how long it would last. One hour to be precise and then the whole thing collapsed at the first gust of wind. I gathered it up and took it to the local tip the next day.Incidentally, while it was up in the air, all the usual birds were quite happy to still come into my garden and the rooks which I so badly wanted to keep out just ignored it and came to reek havoc as usual.

Seagulls love it.
I bought this to scare away the seagulls. It looks great, was easy to put together, there has been no pigeons in the garden and no little birds, but it didn’t scare away the seagulls, in fact it looks as though the seagull was making friends with it. 🤣

Could be better
Easy to assemble but not very robust. In a moderately strong breeze the struts came out of the kite and the pole broke after about 6 weeks.

Poor Quality
Just erected this a week ago and it’s broken already. Base pole split, waster of money and unable to contact seller to complain.

Good when it is working but has a design fault.
This has a number of issues. It gets snagged on the eye and the string rolls up on the pole. This happened several times and dismantling it is time consuming. Also the pole snapped when it was brought down to repair. When it is working it is actually good but unfortunately overall a waste of money. It would be better for if the eye was on a roller so this cannot happen.

Very nervous pigeons
With a bit of adjustment, this does the job. We put some very light plastic hose over the string between the swivel and the kite and it really stops it tangling up. The pigeons are very nervous of the bird and seem to visit us less.

Poor Kite Material
The media could not be loaded. The cord gets tangled regularly, have to untangle every couple of days and the material isn’t robust enough on the edges or tips I’ve has had to be repair it several times and this is what it looks like in less than a month. It does keep the sea gulls from trying to nest on our roof.
