I will not use any medical item without reading the instructions and everything on and in this is in a foreign language either Chinese or Japanese. And theres no returns. I will eat the money I paid for it I guess. Shame on Amazon for selling something like this without the ability to get a refund. Actually it should never be sold in the USA like this!!!
