OMG! This back brace is a total blessing! Here is some background of my back long live issues;In 1984 I had a back injury which was diagnosed with L4 & L5 bulging discs. Since I was in the military back then, I was not allowed to seek the help of a chiropractor as I was threatened to be charged if I did so. This was worsened over the years as nothing proactive was getting done (physio and exercise was all the military would allow). When I retired from the military, the problem had worsen so much that I did not have any other choice but to go for surgery.In 1995 surgery was done scraping arthritis from the vertebra and cutting the bulging discs. Of course such surgery will get you as you age so as I aged my back issues worsened tremendously. Exercising was getting nearly impossible as my back could simply not take it anymore. Still, I knew regular exercise was a must so I could control a little the premature wear and tear of my back. Approximately a year ago, I started a serious training program with the help of a trainer. Over the years, I have been using various back brace which were helpful but not totally satisfactory. I had knowledge of magnet therapy and was on a serious search for the right back brace using this technology. I finally ordered this back brace which I wear while I sleep (when required) which helps me have decent nights of sleep rather than having issues sleeping since I was constantly tossing and turning due to the pain and discomfort of my back. I was looking for this tool for so many years and now I hope I have found relief for many years to come! I also wear the back brace during the day when required. The product is comfortable and easy to use. I have only had it for a week now, and I use it everyday. Yesterday I wore it for 9 hours while I was at work. N o problems with wearing it for long periods of time. I lift parcels and packages for eight jour shifts. The extra support that it offers helped the lower back. Certainly would recommend it.

I through out my back a month ago. I nought a back brace w magnets through a dr who also does acupuncture. It worked but was on light side. I bought this on amazon, my waist is 36, my belly about a 40. The large fit with some disconfort, too tight. If your ordering, order your belly not waist. There was no refund from seller. But I was shocked when amazon offered immediate credit or visa credited back. I ordered the next size up friday night. It arrived sunday morning. Ok that's amazon, amazing service. The product itself, has been a great add on to my treatments. I recommend it. Super wellmade using new technology.

I like the magnets and the way the back brace fits. I had one of the side supports come out due to the seam not holding and tore. I sewed it and then the side came loose. I wish it would hold up better I only wore it twice till it came loose the first time then two times later the side seam is loose. The magnets help my back pain when I bowl just wish it was made better.

I will highly recommend this belt to any one who has lower back issues for longer period and does not have any good belt to support the back. It also heals the sore muscles and you can see the difference within couple of days itself.This belt turned out a blessing when I was suffering from lower back pain 4 months back. I ordered the neck brace a few weeks ago and I was amazed at how well it worked I just wish that it covered more of my upper back and not just the neck but beside that it does work so well that I ordered the lower back brace so I could get the same treatment I was getting on my neck. The first thing that I noticed after putting the back brace on my posture improved. Prior to receiving the back brace I was walking with a noticeable crooked lean but after wearing it for about an hr I was able to stand almost straight I was still leaning to the left but not nearly as much. The one thing that I've noticed different between the neck and the lower back brace is the far-infrared heats my neck but not my lower back. Beside that one thing the company has some great products. I've a couple more body parts that I will be getting braces for both my elbows, knees, and shoulder I'm pretty sure that they will work just as well. Very comfortable, and can be more fitted with the outer layered wrap. I don't really understand what the magnets do, but it seems to relax my twitching muscles near the spine where the pinched nerves are. I would recommend this to other people.
