Few quirks with getting it working, but the video footage you can get is amazing.
Absolutely love this camera and what its able to record under water. My only gripes would be that the battery life isnt the greateat, about 1 hour and 20 minutes at 30fps 1080p. The other issue I've run into is the camera often fails to start recording, so I find myself turning it on and off multiple times until I get the record light flashing, but once it starts i just let it keep rolling.

Incredible Customer Service and Product
I have 2 of these GoFish Cameras and have loved them compared to the old Water Wolf Cameras. Very easy to use, incredible image quality and sits very balanced in the water. I have been able to achieve spectacular underwater footage of Kokanee and trout inhaling my lures. I even have some footage of a 20lb halibut hunting down my live anchovy in the SF Bay! David had assisted me recently with the end cap of the camera, incredible customer service. I cannot say enough about this great product and customer service! I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking to up their game and seeing what triggers fish to bite. It's amazing how many fish are actually swimming around your bait and/or lure and you don't even know. Seeing is believing!

Good enough
Just a good product. Could be better for the price. Hope to get better fish photos as i learn to use.

Wanted to love it but…
Bought it to use with the float for real-time viewing and recording in the app. Even with one of the newest iPad Pro’s and the float/camera less than 3 feet away on the water, it was so laggy that it was routinely 10-15 seconds behind and would jump from frozen screen to frozen screen. If I press the record button in the app, took easily 30 seconds to do the action (if it worked at all). While viewing, the screen would suddenly go black and show nothing even though the WiFi showed a strong signal to the camera in the water. Had to restart the app repeatedly to get it to unfreeze. As I sit here trying to wirelessly save a single 30 second video from the app to my iPad, it started off saying it would take 14 minutes then quickly jumped to 10 minutes. After 5 minutes it said 0 seconds remaining and do not close app. It’s been 45 minutes since it said 0 seconds remaining and it’s frozen. If I just try to view the saved videos through the app, it freezes. Haven’t been able to watch a single video in its entirety without freezing.I do not have a computer to use with this so I can’t just connect it to a computer. The battery only lasted about an hour and since you have to remove the cap to turn it on and off, a good amount of that time was just wiping down the camera to make sure no water or debris got in when opening the cap to turn it off. Will unfortunately be returning it.

Coolest thing ever
Caught my first fish on it. It's super fun and intense to watch what is going on at the bottom of the lake/ocean.You may need a heavier action rod than you are used to if casting for trout and bass fishing (I did anyway)Pretty easy to use. I cut the foam float for static bottom fishing (see their youtube channel)The wifi signal is spotty if there is even a little bit of wind chop, the wifi for live stream fishing won't work. I didn't buy it for this though, I bought it for recording and the image quality is excellent.App works decently (Android) and gets the job done.

great idea, poor execution
The Amazon fulfillment center could not have done a worse job, package was crushed, clearly used, and incomplete. They did replace it and the new one arrived with zero packing material...Amazon fulfillment center quality control is at an all time low. Back to the product...it is a bit of a challenge keeping the camera underwater even when trolling at very low speeds, weighting it changed the perspective and put the lure out of frame. Very happy with the picture quality though. The app from gofish fails and closes quite a bit which is frustrating.

Fantastic quality, beautiful video
The media could not be loaded. This camera is amazing. I took it for a test run today at a local park using the bobber. I did have to slow down the video for playback with my phone, but that was due to how choppy the water was. I also tweaked contrast and exposure slightly, so you can see things a bit clearwr. Highly recommend this camera, we'll worth the money if you want underwater footage.

Freeze issues Does not interface well with the phone
Great idea Bad Company Manufacturing. Unit continually freezes. It tells you you’re recording on the phone and when you pull the chip it’s not there & as soon as Wi-Fi is lost with the unit going underwater it will stop recording @7 seconds. I had high hopes to use this footage for a YouTube channel but with it non-operational 99% of the time it’s a waste of time energy and money especially money. Don’t take my word for it purchase it and send it back.
