delivered just a few days after the order was made. No problems with delivery. Nice bed, easy enough to build. I built on my own in about 60-90 minutes. I noticed a small tear in the headboard so contacted the seller and was told a new headboard cover would be sent out. Plenty storage space under the bed and it's really sturdy. Only been built for a few days but I'm very happy with my purchase so far!

These are brilliant beds. Masses of storage space under, good value for the money, not toooo difficult to put together, and look great when finished. Using in my B&B and they are ideal and well up to the task. Would buy again.

Great bed, looks amazing, it is comfortable, just be sure you read the instructions before assemble, yes, men! read the instructions, there is a couple of details you must be aware.When I finished to assemble the bed I was unable to close, but I contact the seller, they answer in the same day, then they phone me and game me some directions, the in less than 2 minutes my bed was fully working, super confi, I am very happy with my buy and with the seller.Don't hesitate it is a good product

Received within expected dates on a Saturday morning. Deceived to check contents immediately for damage or missing parts. All well but could not find the tools and slats. Sent an email to the company not expecting a reply on a Saturday but came back straight away advising me that the parts were stored in the zipped headboard. Very cunning! Bed easy to assemble. Fixed the arms to the compression gas unit but could not fold down. Read other posts re this problem put on the mattress but still couldn't close it. Sent an email late Saturday night again not expecting a response but pleasantly surprised when I did. Told had to press really hard to break the seal on the unit. (I had been worried I would bend the arms had I done it too hard) Anyway with the go ahead I pressed down really hard and it closed. Now working great. For the price this bed is an absolute steal. It looks great and to have all that extra storage when space is at a premium is fantastic.All in all a very good experience in dealing with this company and I would not hesitate to buy another. (I have another ottoman bed and the quality is sturdier but I did pay a bit more and it has since gone up in price to double of this so for value for money this bed is excellent.)

It was very difficult to assemble, however it works well and you can keep a lot of things inside it.

I'm really pleased that I was able to put this together on my own. I wasn't perhaps as quick as some people, but the instructions were very good and all holes/screws matched and so the bed went together without any hassle. I would have given it five stars if the white faux leather had been thicker as it seems to be more off-white as if the lining underneath is showing.

Had this bed 8 month, n still love it, few problems with the nuts coming off, but easy to fix, and to say I lift this bed up very often, I don't think that's a major problem. For the price its worth buying, and its not flimsy and is still going strong. Would recommend this bed to anybody. Great value for money

don't buy this iteam, really cheap quality and a pain to put together. By the time you make this purchase and a pay for a matters separate you can buy a bed and a base from dreams...
