So, I have other Hansgrohe shower products and love them, especially the hose. The hose is the main reason I got this and cost less than buying two pieces separately. I just wipe it off after each use and years later it still looks brand new. Give the hose time to "relax."There is more plastic than I expected from Hansgrohe and that's the downside in my opinion. It is so lightweight that it feels cheap, but I will see how it holds up. Take care not to overtighten as the plastic will break. The shower head has two settings that provide the spray needed for showering and rinsing the walls and tub. Don't need any fancy settings. Installation was as easy as it gets. Will update if it prematurely falls apart.

Great for converting a standard wall shower head to a handheld one.

Worth lot of money

I REALLY like the flexibility of this shower head. My old one was short and inflexible, and this shower piece allows for easier bath times with my dog. I can simply shampoo her and easily rinse the soap away by just turning down the water pressure if it's too high and holding it up against her (I used to have to fill up a large cup or other container repeatedly and pour the water all over her lol).The holster for the shower allows it to stay in place securely without the hose tangling. I would recommend this product.

Poor quality of the hose, it has come off after less than one year of use. Otherwise it does seem like a product for a good value. I got replacement hose for $70, which is quite pricey considering it can break after less than 12 months of use.

This shower head and hose feel flimsy for the price...not sure how long it'll last. The hose is not heavy at all and doesn't hang nicely in the shower, so I wonder what the water pressure will do to it over time. Thankfully it installs and uninstalls easily in case we need to change it.

This is a lightweight, nearly all plastic handheald shower head with a flexible PVC hose. The 1.5 GPM version is perfect for an RV because it conserves water but still has excellent pressure. It "feels" like it has more flow than it actually does. The 1.75 and 2.5 GPM variants will not work as well in an RV because the pressure drops significantly due to the flow restriction in RV shower mixing valves.The smooth PVC hose is actually very nice and more hygienic than most others. Unlike the stainless steel covered hoses, this one does not have any places where it can trap water, and it's very easy to keep clean.I had an issue with the hose to shower head connection leaking when I first installed it. There was a small void in the connection that the included rubber washer did not adequately seal. I had to use a second rubber washer on that connection to fill this void and stop the leak. This has worked perfectly for several months, but it should not have been necessary. Make sure to have an extra faucet washer on hand in case you have the same problem.

Installation was pretty simple, but the one hiccup was that one of the seals stayed inside the protective cap and I didn’t notice. When I turned the water on at first i got a big leak from where the house connects to top unit. Once I found the missing seal and put it in the leak went away. You will need an open wrench for installation - 11mm. The shower head has two settings that work well.
