works great ! ... easy to use, very pleased
this unit works great! ...... we like that we can adjust the tension manually for as we use different types of cardboard boxes, the welding action is fast and secure, we very satisfied with the unit, we have used it many times now with repeated success, no issues, very pleased : )

Temporarily Worked
No longer fully heat seals PP plastic strapping.When first operated, it would seal. However, after about a week of light use, it will only heat up enough to melt the top layer of strapping and not the bottom.We have adjusted the setting screw, but this did not resolve the problem.

Just what I needed
Really nice tool for securing big or heavy packages, very convenient for my business. I use it almost every day, good quality

Not reliable
It starts out great. First 15 are good and secured. Then it begin to jam after that. It will cut the strap but not heat binding the strap. I end up spent more time to figure it out than doing the old fashion way with the metal clip. After one day of trying, I am going to return it.

Battery died in 3 Months
It's been working ok, although need to be cleaned from time to time, because the tighing wheels would be blocked occationally by melted straps. But Battery died suddenly yesterday which is about 99 days from its arrival. The return or service widow was closed 9 days ago.

Easy to use.
This strapping/banding tool is easy to use and works very well. I have used it to re-strap a box, and it did a great job. It seems to be made well. I like that it is rechargeable. IT works much better than my other manual strapping tool. The band is very tight so I think it will hold really well.

Strapping made simple
This device is really easy to use - overlap the strap where you want it, slide the tool around the strap, pump the lever to tighten the strap, press down the key lever, wait a few seconds for the blue light to turn off, and remove. It cuts and binds the strap simultaneously. I always wished I could reapply straps to bulk items, and now I can!
