Update to LED
The bulbs are bright and work great. The adjustable ends make it very easy to align for maximum light source. You MUST be willing to re-wire your fixtures. It is not hard just time consuming as you have to take the ballast out of the path of power. Follow included directions and you will be fine.

Great Upgrade
Installed in the Ole Holiday Rambler, interior is all LED now. The ballast in the old lights were half melted and close to crapping out. The light on these LEDs is brighter and white. Just do it took longer to remove the light, then gut the the florescent garbage, rewire and done.

Great Improvement over fluorescent tubes
I replaced 4 fluorescent tubes in my RV to reduce power consumption and increase brightness. These LED tube lights were a perfect fit for my light fixtures, but I had to remove the original ballast and rewire the circuits. This rewiring process was pretty simple: 1. cut all the wires to the ballast and throw it out 2. use existing wire to rewire light fixture with positive (+) going to one end of the LED tube and negative (-) going to the other end while keeping the switch in the circuit. First pic shows fixture with ballast, second pic shows rewiring for DC power, and third pic shows completed fixture. My only minor issue was the color of the new lights. Color is bright white which gives excellent light, but if I had to do it again, I would prefer a warmer color. Overall, these lights are a big improvement to the lighting in my RV.

Won’t fit in modern RV fixtures!
After having to tear apart and completely rewire my RV ceiling fixture, I find that these bulbs are a larger diameter on the ends, so they barely plug in and the covers will not go on the fixtures with these lights. They’re instant on and give off great light...but they are just too big. Now I have to spend another $75-$100 to replace the fixture. NOT HAPPY!

BEWARE! You must rewire your fluorescent fixtures for these.
Luckily I could do this myself, they work great once you eliminate the fluorescent ballast.

Way better lighting!
Changed entire camper....2006 Arctic Fox.... to LED lights. Had two fluorescent fixtures needed 4 bulbs. Took about an hour to do both. Rewired, minus ballast in a series circuit. Instructions are not detailed but give you an idea. Can find info online. Worth the money and short time to install. I was able to re-use my diffuser/cover, had read were some could not. Excellent lights!

Be careful where these are installed.
Tube bulbs are larger diameter than their fluorescent original bulbs. This pushed on the lens cover on the fixture. Also, they emit Radio Frequency noise that was able to be heard in nearby audio equipment and affected my RV's satellite tracking dish operation. I had to remove the modified fixture and move it away from the RVs equipment.I sent an email to the distributor who has not responded in 5 days. The bulbs do work, and are bright. Not enough time to know if they are also reliable.

Easy led conversion
After the easy task of re wiring my fixtures to 12v, these bulbs are great. My lance camper has 2 fixtures and the bulbs made the conversion to led easy. I can't speak to longevity but they are working great after a couple weeks.
