Best small pizza / pie Oven !!
I am typically skeptical when I buy ovens and appliances without seeing it in the store..I made the purchase and after months of having it, I wanted to write a review about the oven.I am not the typical pizza loving person, but I purchased the oven to make “ oregano pies “ which we and our kids love !When I read the product brochure, I thought this will be very dangerous and difficult oven to operate ... Fortunately, my fears eased quickly after I read the brochure, as I felt they wanted to be extra careful to avoid injuries/ burns etc…I used it once or twice to make pizza , which turned out great, but mostly used it to make oregano and cheese pies which also turned out a lot better than what I expected !!What I liked about the oven, it is easy to operate if you attend to the safety precautions , and most importantly handling the lids with caution and not to forget about that as you get busy baking your pizza/ piesIt worked well, and the ability to achieve close to 600 to 700 F with such a small size oven is a great plus for me.Within less than 5 minutes , the pies were ready and as shown in the photos , they look as if they have been purchased from the bakery as I was told by some family members and friends who saw the photos .It is quick to get you the desired temperature of baking for the pies, and you have to keep checking it , just to make sure it doesn’t get over baked if left more than the needed time.It is also easy to clean, and I usually scrape it with gentle food scraper , and I don’t wash it as this might ruin the stone.It is quite useful and did the job I need it for.The only downside which I don’t really consider it a downside in my case is the small size , and it fits only one pie at a time.I am not buying pizza or oregano pies any more . I can make as good pizza and pies and I have this super oven helping me to make it !!So far, I am quite satisfied with the purchase and I would recommend for anyone who wants to make their home made pizza quick and comparable to what is it bought from your best local pizza restaurant.UpdateI shared some of the thyme pies I baked using this pizza oven , with an owner of bakery/grocery store which bakes similar kind of pies, he told me that whoever tasted these home made thyme pies including himself was very impressed with the quality , taste and baking of these pies , he asked if he could have more !! :)

BEST PIZZA OVEN EVER
Unfortunately this specific one was lost during shipping so I never actually got this product from Amazon, but I did get it elsewhere and OMG this is the greatest pizza oven ever. Use it multiple times a week, never any issues. The only thing I would request the manufacturer change is having the height be adjustable so that you can make girthier pizzas and breads. As it stands now, the pizzas and breads sometimes rise and hit the electrodes and burn in those areas if I'm not constantly monitoring the rise. Another inch of clearance would be fantastic, but I still rate the pizza oven 5 stars despite this aspect because it is SO EASY to just plug it in on the countertop and make fantastic pizzas. We usually let the pizza stone heat up for about 20 minutes (with both top and bottom electrodes on), and then it only takes about 5-6 minutes to get the perfect crispy crust and perfect brown spots on the cheese. Interior of the pizza is soft and fluffy inside the crispy exterior. Result is better than most pizza places we have gone to. Has paid for itself many times over with the amount of pizza and breads we eat.

Finally Making Real Pizza at Home
I’ve tried baking homemade pizza in a regular oven for years, even with a stone, and it never came out quite right—either undercooked or dried out. This little PIEZANO pizza oven completely changed the game. For under $100, it delivered what my full-sized oven never could: a crispy, blistered crust and well-melted toppings, just like you’d get from a pizzeria.I’ve used it to make plant-based pizzas, and even vegan cheese and sausage browned beautifully. The stone gets seriously hot, and the results are night and day compared to a standard oven. My first pizza was a bit burnt (learning curve), but by the second one I had it dialed in.If you’re on the fence—don’t be. This is the best investment I’ve made in my kitchen in years. Just preheat it well, keep an eye on the bake, and you’ll be making pro-level pies at home.

Excelente inversión
Excelente producto, para todos las personas normales que nos gusta la pizza esto es mucho mejor que cualquier pizza comercial. Si hay un proceso de aprendizaje pero es sencillo, y desde el primer momento lo puedes hacer bien: con el horno bien caliente pones la pizza y después de 3, 4 o 5 minutos (depende de que tanta masa e ingredientes le pusiste a la pizza) la giras 180grados: lo que esta abajo se gira hacia arriba y esperas 3 o 4 minutos más, como ya esta casi cocinada si la dejas 5 minutos la puedes quemar si la masa es muy delgada. Si aparecen muchas burbujas en la masa si es recomendable estallarlas con un tenedor para que no te peguen con la rejilla que calienta. NO utilices las paletas de madera que trae, compra una paleta de pizza, cuando aprendes a utilizarla será más rápido y seguro de manipular la pizza en el hornito. (por eso le doy 4 estrellas, era mejor incluir una paleta grande que las paletas pequeñas, son un peligro sobre todo para los que hacemos varias pizzas en el momento). Con la temperatura no hay problema: 800 abajo siempre, arriba puede descender hasta los 400 grados: primero caliente a 800 grados todo el horno (importante), pone la pizza y si cuando la gira ve que le está quemando los ingredientes empieza por bajar a 600 y luego si es necesario 400grados (si la masa es muy delgada y son poco los ingredientes utilice 400/600 grados). Los resultados serán mejor que cualquier pizza comercial, el siguiente nivel sería en hornos de barro que cuestan por lo menos 10 veces más (sabor y olor ahumado). Así que no dude en comprar este producto, es muy barato y si solo dura un año téngalo por seguro que recupero la inversión al segundo o tercer mes.

Wow!!! Better than any local pizza joint BY FAR!!!
I worked in pizzerias for 25 years and even owned my own Italian restaurant for a short time and I promise you that this is the closest you will het to authentic pizzeria pizza at home. I am shocked at how well this works. I would put my homemade pizzas from this oven up against any restaurant and mine are better. To say I am in love with this oven would be an understatement.
