I bought this to talk to me, but, I guess I have to get to know it better, still...pretty good!

Upgraded from 8 to the new 10. I've had a few problems with set up etc but customer service has been really awesome about walking me through fixes. Screen is easy to read..plays my spotify with no problems, seems well made and sturdy, response time is fast.

Stand is actually ok just needs a handle to pick up to dust under .

Product arrived quickly with Amazon Prime and was packaged very well. Setup was easy and the functionality is intuitive. The build quality is what you come to expect from the Alexa line. It has a good response time sometimes background nose confuses Alexa but that's going to happen with anything voice activated. I'm pleased with the purchase and got it on sale on Black Friday deals. I would recommend this product.

I like my smaller Echo better than this one, even though the screen is bigger. I ask a question or tell it to do a task & sometimes it misses the mark.Overall, it's a good product.
