Sol de JaneiroRio Deo Refillable Aluminum Free Deodorant

As someone with HS I'm unable to use most deodorants due to aluminum and other chemicals. I was desperate for a new brand because my brand in the usa isn't sold here.I'm grateful that not only did this work for me, it was quite nourishing for my skin too. No flare ups, no irritation and the scent is great and lasts. (I've always been a fan of the bum bum cream)It's spendy, I won't deny that. But for someone like me with an anti inflammatory issue, it was well worth it.

Smells great! I got the cheirosa 68 (the pink one) and it is lovely. The only thing is, it is quite hard to take out the deodorant to refill it. Luckily I have not had to refill it yet! Also it is quite expensive, and I’m not sure if I would buy it again, but I will definitely continue using it.

This deodorant smells amazing, I love the scent of it and think it’s a really nice product. It didn’t cause any irritation and my underarms definitely felt hydrated and smooth, not drying at all. I used the entire stick before writing a review so feel it was a fair test - I found that it definitely didn’t mask the scent of sweat and once that came through it was noticeable and i would have to top up way more frequently whereas the usual deodorants I use I can do one use for a whole day. I found that if I used an unscented deo first in my usual brand, then this on top it worked perfectly fine but of course that defeats the object. The other downside is the product does ball up on the underarm throughout the day and then leaves little balls of product which drops onto clothes and surfaces if it is a loose item of clothing. Overall, I think it’s a nice smelling product and in cooler months/low activity days I think it is fine and I would use again, but when I am more active/it’s warm I think I’ll stick to what I know. I would repurchase but I’d be very mindful of when I wear/use the product as I wouldn’t want to risk smelling.

Smells divine, used it for the first time today and no sweaty pits

Just like Charmaine Choo,another customer, my purchase was horrid. The deodorant was discoloured and broken. The lid had huge clumps of the deodorant in it and so was definitely not usable. I buy Sol Janeiro all the time and have never had anything like this. I would advise not to buy this particular item.

Amazing product, smells great and does everything it told me it would
