Q: Does your oil stay where it is put and not "migrate"?

Yes, this oil does stay where it is applied and it does not migrate by itself. When applying this oil you need to spread out evenly wherever it is needed. This oil is very good and it will not migrate when applied appropriately as in not in an excessive amount to hurriedly. This oil is exceptional for micro-machines such as mechanical watches. I use this oil for my watch business and I am very pleased with it. I recommend that when using this oil that it should be used very sparingly so that you can get the feel for how much to apply at any given time for the components that you are oiling.

Q: Will this work on a SUV rear lift gate actuator?

It's hard to tell. Getting oil out of container is so difficult I don't use it anymore.
