Worked great until
the last night it was returnable! then it stopped taking a chargre and Amazon wouldn't help and I've been waiting for 4 days and still no response from my email asking for assistance with it it's been way too long for them to not have answered me at all they're ignoring me they won't even answer me or give me any assistance in f****** repairing it and I'm discussing with this company don't even believe they should be on Amazon no customer service whatsoever! update this company as of 3/13/2024 after 3 emails has not so much as responded to my requests for warranty assistance so i am out the purchase price but I am going to my credit card company and starting charge back proceedings and will file complaints with anyn and every possible consumer group!!!!!!!!!!!~~~~~

Remote control battery dead
Was dificult to program intil I check with other battery. Poor materials especially de remote control.

The media could not be loaded. I was about to return this because I thought it keeps saying low battery. I had to read the whole instructions to figure out how to operate it. I have to pair it with the remote to get it working. They are not pre-paired.

Half the led is burnt out and it was an extra week for arrival with no communication until half way into the delivery š¦ Iām very disappointed š

Works fine but....
The control module that switches the turn signal broke. Seems rather cheaply made. Contacted customer support, will update review soon.Update: no response from customer support. Changing rating to one starWithin 5 hours of review received email from customer support asking me for order number and pictures of faulty device. Three days later a brand new replacement arrived . Excellent customer service. Changed review to a four star rating due to timely replacement and follow up.
