I was hoping this would help clear my mind and give me energy to stay alert throughout the afternoon.Instead, the effect is not much different than drinking a cup of strong black coffee, so if you're like me and you already consume a lot of caffeine, this might just send you over the edge and make you crash instead. That's what it did for me. Disappointing.Now, if you're not a major caffeine addict, this might do you some good, so I'll give it three stars. I'm just not a fan. It's just kind of asking for a caffeine crash.

These pills really do seem to give a boost of energy! Great for a little kickstart in the morning. I have been taking just one pill in the a.m. semi regularly and it does seem to help get me going! I will be buying more after this bottle!

This is a very nice herbal supplement it definitely helps you feel energized it does not cause you to feel shaky or over caffeinated it just helps make you feel refreshed or a little bit more awake and alert it definitely is a great pick me up for the mid afternoon Bloss I would definitely recommend and I would definitely get this product again I feel it’s very reasonably priced and it does a really nice job

I love these! I keep them in my lunch bag and take one in the morning, at lunch and late afternoon so I can stay awake and alert at work. Most people drink expensive coffee, but these work just fine for me. No jittery feeling or hyper mood swings. Everyone can tell if I forget to take them because I look and feel like I'm dragging a heavy wet blanket over my head.

These Green tea energy capsules are a true pick-me-upper. It amazingly gets you going when you need to. There's nothing that I don't like about them. They're Great and I love them. I just that I don't have to use them everyday.
