Innovative Textile Solutions Microfiber Ultimate Solid Furniture Protector Sofa, Chocolate

Although the measurements were right for my sofa and loveseat, the fitting doesn't work. The straps are too short to go around the front AND the back and make the protector look smooth as in the advertisement photo. I can do either the front straps OR the back ones, but it still looks funky. Because of this the covers are constantly shifting and the sides are askew.It was nice to have stickers on the back telling one which end was for the top or back when first putting it on, but I decided to wash them first and the stickers came off. Really? The manufacturer couldn't stamp it onto the fabric?Anyway, I purchased this particular one because it had straps and advertised that it would be good for leather furniture. Bah.I do like the microfiber-like feel to it and it's certainly a nice alternative to sitting down when it's cold, or sticking to one's couch when it's hot.I may have to do some adjusting and lengthen the straps or something for me to get out of this purchase what I had hoped.

Great furniture protector, color deep rich brown and stays in place the back and front but the side flaps over the arms of the sofa has to be tucked back in a few times. I have not washed yet I hope the color does not fade. I would recommend this product and the real reason I purchased this item it is great for if you have pets too I have 3 cats and only one of them so far loves to lay on the sofa, so I wanted to protect the sofa which I just purchased a few months ago.

We use this only to cover our microfiber couch at night and while we're away from home to protect it from dog hair and smell. It does the job well enough without the straps, though I do wish it was waterproof. We've washed it in the machine several times and the backing is beginning to show wear and tear. I don't think this is something I'd want to keep in use all the time. All in all, for the money and my purposes I'm a satisfied customer.

I have leather sofa... it did cover all area where I needed but... arm part is way too long and it does not stay putI am going just keep it though because I need to cover up all the peeling from the sofa. I probably need to get new sofa next year though..and use this on the top of it when I get new one.

The cover is not bad; however, as with my comment on the chair cover, the straps simply are not long enough to tie together without pulling. I will give the elastic strips and Velcro a try and hope that will solve the problem. I would rather have had to cut off some of the strap than go through needing the fix!

I've gotten so many compliments on the color and how it looks on my couch. Have washed repeatedly and it comes out fine. I don't use th ties because they don't fit my couch. In fact I find regurgitating and they got in my way. Nothing a pair of good scissors couldn't take care of.

This is a decent cover for a cloth couch. It is thin not quite worth the price. My daughter got something on it and it didn't wash out- another minus for the quality. Do not buy for a leather sofa. I bought the longer version hoping that it would hold and it doesn't. I bought the nonslip stuff that goes inside kitchen cabinets hoping that it would hold it doesn't. It does say not to dry so make sure you do not dry it the dryer burns holes in it!!

I have 2 different couches, and this is too big for either one of them, hangs on the floor in the front, so you continue to step on it causing you to have to wash it a lot more than expected

I had high hopes for this sofa cover since it was so large and looked like it would hold securely. However, it is actually not as big as my couch, so the straps were not able to be secured as designed. I've tried tying up a couple and holding the others with bungee cords, but the cover still slips around on the couch, which was what I was trying to avoid. In the end, it looks better than the blankets, etc., that I had over my couch before, but it doesn't stay in place and still needs to be adjusted every time someone sits on the couch.

DO NOT touch this product with a 10ft. barge-pole! This was a gift from my daughter for Xmas for my extra-large Rec. Room sofa. My dogs are hairy beasts, hence the buy. I ordered it myself with my account, and boy it arrived very quickly. It went downhill from there. First - it didn't fit and was at least a foot short lengthwise. Second was - the backing/lining material MELTED!!! Yes folks - MELTED!! What the heck this thing was made of - God only knows, but for a furniture/pet protector it was likely to be in the wash a fair bit - no? And it was not cheap!! It was not listed as a reversable cover. In hindsite, that is what I should have ordered. That way - both sides would have been cotton. As far as I know - cotton does not melt. Well it never has before for me! I'm in my early 70's, and have done laundry all my life, and have NEVER had anything like this happen to me before. The stupid thing is - I dry everything on LOW HEAT. Always have, always will.......Needlesstosay - I am returning this item and am awaiting a refund.
