I got this because I like the combination of the PQQ with the Nicotinamide Riboside Chloride. They are both involved (may) in the energy making process. Starting with PQQ which acts a redox agent and may activate PGC-1a which in turn is thought to increase biogenesis of mitochondria. The mitochondria inside of us is what creates energy. So in theory by creating the stimulation to activating more of them to be made, that would increase our pool of energy supply.Next the Nicotinamide Riboside Chloride (NRC) not be confused with Nicotinamide Riboside (NR) and acts as precursor to NAD which is involved in the Krebs's cycle (aka citric acid cycle) inside the mitochondria. As we get older our NAD supply diminishes so in theory by having more available,,, would be more for the mitochondria to use for more energy. There are three main pre cursors for NAD currently and those are NMN, NR, And this NR Chloride. NR chloride is made from the salts of the NR and it is argued that due to the incredible purity these salts have the body is able to utilize more of it than the other sources. I personally find them all to be about the same. I would love to do a blood test one day and see which one actually yields the most NAD for me. IMO which ever precursor works best for you in providing more energy is the one I would choose.So yes I absolutely love this combination. The PQQ is spot on with the dosage I like. The NR chloride is a little low as I like 1 gram a day of that which would require about 7 of these caps but that would increase my PQQ dosage more than I like. So I will split the difference and take about 4 or 5 which will be closer to my 1 gram goal a day. I do not notice much when I use NAD precursors because I have been takin them so long now. But if you are new to them it is not uncommon for people to report extra energy that they usually like very much. And do keep in mind while it's nice to have extra energy to possibly walk further and lift more,, that energy may also equate into helping your body work better with things like metabolism and glucose and blood flow etc. This is why many longevity experts believe increasing NAD is crucial for achieving long healthy lives.I do warn you there are many fakes out there. I never recommend a brand unless it is third party tested in the US/UK or Canada or a country with regulated oversight with ingredient lab testing. This company not only did that but also did testing even beyond that according to seller's picture number 7 down. I am very impressed with that and definitely recommend this product. Took this for a month, but I didn't really notice any distinct benefits. Seemed to be a good quality supplement as I felt good while taking them. There were no issues or difficulty getting these down.

When I first added it to my daily routine, I had an overall lift during the second week that maintained as long as I continued with it.PQQ is something that is fairly new as being declared as something good for long-term health by a decent study.The study also drew differences between substances that are necessary for immediate survival and substances that are not. As I understand it, we wake up in the morning wanting breakfast. Something needs to get in the stomach NOW which is immediate. Overall health is what quality is chosen every day consistently for breakfast. PQQ was considered as good for health over the long-term.Since PQQ is something new for me, I would rather try anything new with a brand that I can extent my trust to.
