I ordered this for my son, but actually everyone in this family seems to be using it. It’s a lot of fun.

So far so good but it keeps falling off the wall even with the strap I think I will use the nails to make sure it won't fall off.

I love it! Great workout and stress release! Could stick better on the wall but overall great.

The media could not be loaded.  My job requires me to sit in front of a computer for long hours every day, it often makes my shoulders and upper arms sore from maintaining the same posture. I used to take boxing classes at the gym to alleviate this, so when I saw this home machine, I decided to purchase it. I installed it on the wall of my home gym. It can be adjustable height with the velcro adhesive backing. The backside is a full sheet of 3M adhesive, but only some stick to the wall. Thankfully, it’s still stable, and this way, I can adjust its position up and down, and it’s easy to take down for charging.The machine works smoothly, though it is a bit loud. Boxing with it feels quite stress-relieving, and I start sweating within minutes. It offers different modes, and you can connect it via Bluetooth to play your favorite music and practice to the beat. I now use it for 15 to 20 minutes every evening to relax my arms. The boxing gloves that come with it are also decent, featuring a cushioning layer, and are easy to put on and take off.I’m generally delighted with it. I did make a small modification: a piece of soundproofing foam behind the two wall-mounted straps each time I use it. This way, I can punch harder without creating loud thumping noises when the machine hits the wall.

The idea is great but the implementation is bad. It feels like a kid's toy. Low quality and probably worked for 5 mins, regardless of charging. We retuned it immediately.

It’s a lot smaller than it looks. The cables to plug it in are really short so you need an extension cord depending on how tall you are and how high it needs to be hung. Gloves that come with are really pooor quality. The speaker sounded decent.

Great and fun work out. Great to get get some aggression out too

I absolutely love this machine, it’s so much fun, and an excellent work out.

I brought this for my husband so that he can work out a bit during his work from home hours. Between meetings he has been using it and really likes it! Not lot of pressure is required the pads need to be hit lightly. Easy to use and assemble. Kindly note this is not an alternative to exercising this just helps warm up a bit.

Premièrement, l'appareil est plus petit qu'il en a l'air en rapport avec l'image proposer pour le présenter.La qualité sonore est nul et les frappes ne suivent pas la musique lorsque le bluetooth est utilisé.Peu de variétés de combo de frappe et aucun système de mémoire qui aiderait à comptabiliser les meilleurs scores.Je vie.t juste de le renvoyer pour être rembourser.

Très bien mais à juste une vitesse pour les lumières et une seul musique mais on peut connecter en bluetooth
