Yes, the size is slightly bigger than your hand, but the pockets are quite deep so it fits more than you think. Same thing for the sauce container. I filled it to the top with ranch and had some leftover after finishing my veggies. (I mashed it in with my hard boiled egg which was amazing). I also understand the purpose of those "muffin liners". To remove cold sides so you can microwave the main dish. Smart!

While on a journey to strengthen, mend and nourish my body I came across this meal prep bento box... or so I thought, now the issue is not with the product itself but my obvious miscalculation of the situation. When it arrived I was first overwhelmed by the thought that I have become a giant due to the amount of gym sessions I've been squeezing as clearly I must have grown for this normal sized bento box to feel so small... but alas a few moments later that delusion was banished to the far corners of my psyche as reason took hold at that moment. Yes... the realization did come that this, was not for adults who slay imaginary dragons at the Gym, but for children.The good news is, this has now become a snack box with an assortment of small healthy bites that I can grab instead of reaching for a chocolate bar or a full tub of ice cream to sooth the sorrows of my past.So if you are an adult, beware for this may be too small for you, but for your youngling... it is well sized.p.s. only giving four stars because it came with some weird rubbery cups that make no sense and had no instructions how to use. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

These boxes are so easy and fun. I’m a nurse and work long hours so I enjoy having access to lots of quick snacks. I bought two, one for my Fiancé and one for me. We both basically go to work with a compact charcuterie board inside these containers and it’s amazing. They are a good size and the compartments are bigger than I thought. In my experience they don’t leak and I enjoy the access to a quick fork or spoon. I think these would be great for kids or picky eaters too.

My child needed a lunchbox for camp and this was perfect! It could really hold a lot of food, and the compartments make it easy to divide up different parts of the meal. It's light weight, but sturdy material. The little cupcake holders were a nice bonus. I'd definitely recommend.

I really, really wanted to love this container! It's cute, has sections that help control portions, etc. Sadly, it failed the leak test. I filled one compartment with water, snapped on the lid securely, and gave it a few good rotations. Surprisingly, there was very little transfer from one compartment to the other-Which is great! Sadly, it leaked water out of the corner-Which is not so great. I can honestly deal with a little leakage from one compartment to another, but I cannot deal with it leaking out of the corners and inside of my handbag. It will be a return, unfortunately.

I love this lunch box! It’s leak proof, and it holds plenty of food! It’s easy to clean as it is dishwasher safe.
