10295 Smart Yard LED String Lights-Indoor/Outdoor 24ft-12 Bulbs-Commercial Grade, Black

We have two sets of these lights at our seasonal camp site. They look great. Give off enough light so you can see, but not obnoxiously bright. I would recommend them.

Bought these used with a description of “used-excellent condition”. Not the case. One set was fine the other looked like they’d been used several years and 3 of the lights didn’t work.

I took away one star because one of the light bulbs came within an X marked on it, said light bulb didn't work. Otherwise we love this light set.

This outdoor lighting works well ONLY if protected from rain. Otherwise water leaks in from the top of the electrical socket & the bulb goes out. The only place I’ve found to purchase the correct light bulbs - yes you guessed it - Alpan! When I contacted them re this issue - same response as another review - ‘is the bulb tightly screwed in?I would advise pass on this brand.

We purchased these lights several years ago ( 2 strings and within 6 months most of the bulbs had filled with water and burnt out. We returned both sets and got two replacement boxes from the Retailer last spring and again 11 bulbs on the one string burnt out in less than a year and all bulbs have condensation and water, the second string has 2 bulbs out and a bad socket. We Reached out under the warranty for the bulbs and have not had a lot of luck getting a new box of replacement light bulbs at this time and they have made the lifetime bulb replacement unreachable without an original receipt ( not explained anywhere in the instructions or on box)Again may be more related to the shutdowns with the virus but the quality of these 4 strings we have owned over the past several years has been very disappointing for the cost they were.

These lights are beautiful. I hope them up by my pool and they give off the perfect amount of light.

The outdoor light bulbs got water inside 6 months after installed by a professional electrician. The sockets got rusted too. When I called the company they denied the warranty, the woman who answer said I did not tight them enough and at the end she recognized that the defect was already fixed. However they did not want to replace any or recognize any of the damage. This is a dangerous product and the company does not follow the warranty. I don't recommend them at all.
