Nelson Honey Manuka Honey 30miligram/kg of Methylglyoxal 250 Grams (Pack of 6)

This has a different rating from the more normal system (like Manuka Doctor). I thought that this was strong honey but after getting a cold for the first time in four years, I checked their website which says "This Manuka Honey contains low levels of MG. Our 30+ grading system means it contains more than 30mg per kg of Methylglyoxal (MG).".

Rating is misleading this is a low grade product , 30 MGO it actually lower than 5 UMF which has non of the health benefits I was looking for .I should have known, it was too cheap!

I love this honey and take it all the time. I do object to the manufacturers putting 30+ on the label as this gives the impression that it is stronger than it really is.

I have been suffering from acid reflux, gord and barretts oesophagus for 5 years, a teaspoon of Manuka honey last thing at night has been such a tremendous help

Wasn't real Manuka.

I've already ordered a second pot of this honey and, apart from it tasting great, it did save me from having to take antibiotics when I had quite a bad gum infection - I mixed it with some organic cider vinegar and warm water to dissolve, then used it as a mouth wash. My infection was gone within less than 3 days. I now carry a mix of this in my handbag to rinse after every meal. You can swallow this mixture and it's really beneficial for your gut and health as well.

Really good value and seemed legit (hard to tell exactly) via the taste. Exactly the same as more expensive brands. The downside to this is the packaging, seems to sticky really easily, making it hard to close the lid tight. Solid buy though, would buy again.

I have tried many manuka honeys but always come back to this one , it is such a lovely consistency and I really enjoy it , suchbgood quality
