These putties are so much fun to play with! While they are marketed for physical therapies, if you’re a fidgeter like I am or interested in building or maintaining hand strength and dexterity, these are must have! This comes with five levels of softness, from super soft to extra firm. Each strength presents its own benefit and challenge. The super soft (tan colored) putty squishes easily challenging your dexterity, while the extra firm (blue colored) challenges your grip strength. Twist and pull. Shape and then collapse, over and over. Mindlessly build strength, stretch your hand muscles and ligaments without strain, and retrain fine motor skills.The putty is a ‘Newtonian’ fluid, so the more force you put on it, the more it pushes back, but left on its own, it slowly oozes into whatever shape or container surrounds it. It leaves no residue on your hands. Does not stick to anything but itself. If you get dirt or crumbs in it, it is easy to remove it. According to the instructions, getting it cold helps with cleaning it.Whether you’re recovering from injury or just proactively working your grip strength, these need to be in your hand-health arsenal.

I LOVE this putty! I have chronic PTSD and am in a new work environment where there have been triggering events. When I need help calming my nervous system, I play with the putty and it really helps immensely! I use other tools as well, but noticed a huge difference when I added the putty to my strategies. When my hands get too tired with the harder putties, I switch to a softer putty so I can keep squeezing and pulling it. It is great quality and so far keeps its strength better than other brands I have tried. Some other brands seem to get soft even if labeled extra firm after a lot of use. I have used these a lot and have not noticed a difference in their softness/firmness. As an added bonus, I have kept my hands so busy with this putty that I haven’t been picking my finger nails. I highly recommend for anxiety, easing stress, and even helping to keep you out of the fight/flight/freeze state if you are easily triggered. Definitely helps keep me grounded.

These are great for their intended use. However, the softest putty is way too soft and sticks to everything so it’s a waste.

Just bought this for my exercises with the therapy I am doing because of broken arm. Also my young grandson loves playing with the softest one! Not messy like play dough.

I bought these for 2 reasons. My youngest (4yrs) has Down Syndrome and this was recommended by her therapist. Also for myself to regain strength and movement after a broken wrist. I love that it has multiple strengths that we can progress to as needed.

My son loves kinetic sand and play dough, both can get messy or mess up when trying to cleanup/store. This doesn’t dry out, we love the different levels and separate storage containers. We ended up getting two sets, got it for my ASD kiddo originally but all mine love playing with it!
