Perfect fit
Discussion fit perfectly on my Farmall Cub. Bolt holes lined right up. It is made of wood, with inset anchors. It's fairly comfortable. So far it's holding up well.

Comfortable, Looks Good -- But May Have Some Problems Repelling Water
This is a pretty nice product overall, with one obvious design/assembly flaw: the vinyl on the back is installed so that it will funnel rain water inside the cushion instead of shedding it. The vinyl along the top edge should overlap the vinyl on the back, rather than vice-versa. I ran a bead of clear silicone along the "seam;" it should stave off water infiltration indefinitely. Of course, for equipment that's stored inside or never sees rain, this wouldn't be an issue.
