My laptop model is 15-dy2089ms, as indicated on the underside. Like many of you, I found it challenging to search for the right brand of rubber grip since the listing isn’t exactly specific. However, I took a chance on these, and as you can see from the pictures, they were a good fit!Here are a couple of things to note if you get these based on my laptop model:1. **Two-Sided Rubber Grip Tape**: The rubber grip tape is actually two-sided. I removed the entire piece, including the double-sided tape, when I noticed the backside of the rubber grips had no adhesive. It turned out to be a clear double-sided tape, so be sure to carefully remove the brown paper part.2. **Installation Adjustment**: I noticed the front section of my laptop had a clear piece of plastic. When I removed the original rubber grip, I initially thought it was left there by accident. However, the new rubber grips were different in height—the one for the back was taller and didn't have plastic. I deduced that the taller grip should go in the back, and the shorter grip should go in the front, with the plastic piece acting as a "shim." This arrangement worked out well.3. **Measurement and Fitting**: Before removing the paper side of the new grips, make sure to measure them. The new taller grip for the back was a perfect fit, but the shorter front one was slightly too big. I installed both ends to ensure they were in place and then pushed the remaining part in, which worked out fine.All in all, I took a chance on these, and they were perfect! Now I know which ones to reorder should I need them again.

Had to do a few upgrades on my laptop so the rubber strips lost their stickiness. These replacements did the trick and fit right in perfectly. Super easy to install. The rubber grip is good and does not let the computer slide around.

At about 4 years old, the original bumpers peeled off and actually appeared longer as if they had been stretched out over time.Many hours of searching for OEM or aftermarket replacements yielded nothing.So I measured the dimensions and these came very close. Old ones had a rounded profile vs. triangular on these and these were also a tiny bit longer.I carefully cut the edges to fit to length and match as closely as possible to the indentations. I was initially concerned about one thick and one thin until I learned my Dell were also thick and thin.Easy to trim with a razor blade and fit well.The biggest chore was removing the old glue. Lots of treatment and scraping. Starting with an industrial degreaser and goo gone in very small quantities on Q-tips and paper towels. Then scraping with wood shims and paper towels beneath a screwdriver and finally cleaning off several times with rubbing alcohol to remove any oils or remaining residue specs.Had to be very careful not to let any cleaner enter holes in the receiver track.Very pleased with the end result and hope it holds til the end of the laptop’s life.

The adhesive is bad quality.

Great quality, easy to swap out, and works great for the intended purpose, just a little shorter than the manufacturer ones that came with the computer.

Didn’t fit but was advertised to fit in the laptop model selelcted

it said it fits my laptop, but it is a bit short on the ends. Probably an inch short total, but still works and does what I need it to do.
