I was contacted by the seller stating these would be delivered after the stated delivery date. I explained if they were not delivered by the 14th or by noon of the 15th, they wouldn't make it in time for graduation and to just cancel the order. They were delivered the next day & were perfectly cut with what I had asked for. I asked them to add a dark green graduation hat with a yellow tassel and make sure his mullet and bow tie would be included in the cut out. There were no sticks provided with them so we just purchased a bunch of paint stiring sticks for cheap.

I typically never leave reviews, but my customer service experience with them led me to want to leave one for them! I had an issue with one of my big heads, and once I stressed the issue out to this company, they immediately offered to make the situation better. Aside from fixing the issue, they delivered the new big head in a promptly manner. 5 stars for the amazing customer service and for the fun product! Will definitely continue to use them for all my future big head needs!

Everybody loved them! I ordered them for our high school boys senior night.Fun, nice size & good quality.They came with the sticks, however I ended up ordering larger paint sticks from the hardware store because the sticks they came with seemed a little small for the 24 inch big heads.I wish the colors could’ve been a little bit more vibrant, but overall, I think they were great & they arrived quicker than expected.

So grateful they arrived on time! However, I was a little disappointed that the graduation cap I paid extra for was not centered/straight. Also, the picture I sent had bangs and I wished they would have put the cap on but also leave some hair showing.Hopefully the sticks have a strong adhesive to hold up in the Texas heat.

Loved it! Was a huge hit at my son’s graduation. I requested for a cap to be added to the photo and it turned out so great. Will order again on next event.

Delivery was a day late but not due to seller, still made it in time for the event I ordered them for. They turned out AMAZING! I was expecting to have more rounded of a cutout as I didn’t thing they would get the detail cuts… but I was wrong! The detail cut on the hair of my son and his Mohawk is awesome!

I want to share my honest experience with this company. When the original order came through, unfortunately there was a slight error in the request as the picture was missing a graduation cap. I had ordered these prints to use at my daughters middle school graduation.Not only were the very quick to reply to my concerns, they immediately offered to fix the problem and remake the prints again. I was so grateful they were so easy to work with, they made sure to check the print with me again before they reprinted. I received the new prints almost less than a week later all good as new. They were super easy and extremely reliable to work with and I will make sure to recommend all my friends and family use them for their printing needs. Its says alot about a company when they want to fix and issue rather than simple issue a refund, I trust them and highly recommend their services.
