I was really excited to use this item post-op from jaw surgery. However, the whole FDA approved nonsense on the front of the packaging just really turned me off. All the the grammatical errors on the packaging did not make me feel safe using this product. The verbiage on the back of the packaging is confusing. For example, in paragraph three, "EASY PREPERATION: Cold application: Place your mask in the refrigerator in a protective cool pouch, to avoid contact with food and to keep away possible undesirable odors. Refrigerate for an hour before taking it out for use or put the face mask on it to the freezer when in urgent need. Do not place the eye mask in the freezer. Hot application: Prepare eye / facial mask for hot application by following the heating instructions." But there are no heating instructions. And what is a protective cool pouch? Can you put it in the freezer or not?The first paragraph is out there, "PLEASANT HEALTH: The face mask can be used to relieve high fever, headache or migraine, facial injuries and burns, sunburn, insect bites, headaches caused by eye strain and sinusitis or sinus pressure, help to fall asleep. Alleviate swirl and dazzle, forgetter, and anorexia induced by excessive brain labors; Lighten migraine, neurasthenia and insomnia of brain fatigue syndrome. Great gift on mother day." That's a lot of claims right there. And quite funny to read out loud. Honestly, who would put PVC on a facial burn?? The packaging says a money back gaurantee (yes, spelled just like that), but I missed the return window. Anyone want this unopened package?

Really keeps the face and forehead cool. Opening for nose a little small..hard plastic a little uncomfortable around nose.

This is perfect and durable. Using after I use steamer and mask to close my pores.

Do not bother with this product if you need cold therapy on your face for any medical reason (like post-op from surgery or treatments). The plastic is too thick and firm to comfortably wrap around your face. It will not conform to the curves of a face. It only stays cool for 9 minutes, even after being refrigerated for 24 hours in a sealed plastic bag. The straps around the head are not in optimal positions. The mask is not wide enough to cover an average adult female's jawline. The bonus eye mask has a thin elastic string that is 3+ inches too short to go around an adult's head without causing severe indentations in your temples. I will be returning this item. It's a gimmick for teenage girls to use, not actual cold therapy for the face.

I love this mask so much. I bought it because I get really bad migraines. The heat from the mask relaxes my head so much and I feel so much better. Best invest I’ve made for myself.

If you have any burning on your face this is what you'll want.

This is a great product but if you are an average adult male, it might be too small. I gave it to my 21 yo niece and she loves it! Also the eye pad that comes with it is really good!

I love the fact that it helps my painful sinuses and migraines. And having the eye covers is nice so you don't have to use them all the time. Great product for the money! Would recommend for all adults
