Used to read the hundreds of cds full of pictures. Downloaded all selected pictures to my computer.

Good device

first of all the cord is short ,12 inches, and it is wired to product so that if it ever gets damaged you cant go buy a new one.the "manual" is a pamphlet that has such a light gray font color that if you are old with impaired vision ,as i am, terribly difficult to read.once i had a magnifying glass ,with the strength of the Hubble telescope, i was able to mostly discern what the "manual" said ,in particular, dont look into the laser light....there was no light anywhere so you dont even know if machine functions and once i inserted a disc i had to use my hand to feel any vibration.right clicked on icon did not bring up a menu with pop up anywhere on it.to eject disc you have to go to icon eject and even then it didnt eject without a gentle shake and or unplugging iti dont know how this managed to get 7 good reviews but it is garbage and on its way back to amazon

Unit is fine and works as advertised, just be aware, it ships from China so it takes weeks to get.

Stop working and not reading just 3 months after first use. Useless. Better buy a known brand DVD like LG or ASUS
