I like this multivitamin. I've been taking for about a month now as I had stopped all supplements for a couple of months on the advice of my doctor. Since I was clear of all supplements when I started taking these, I could tell a definite difference in my energy levels and just overall how I felt. The capsules are easy to take and do not feel like they "sit in my stomach" like some vitamins do. Going to keep getting this supplement for my husband and me.

These are very underrated. Should be a minimum of 4.8 stars. People complaining that their pee is turning colorful, that is from getting a plentiful dosage of B vitamins, completely normal. I have been taking these for many months and received several shipments without quarrel. It is the best multivitamin I could find as a matter of fact. Many are imbalanced and have too much of one thing or another. This is also more absorbable. I suggest removing the cotton immediately upon reception or else it can stick to the capsules overtime.

I like the vitamin/mineral product very much. It has made me feel much better.

Some of the capsules were broken and leaking in the bottle. Liquid smelled similar to rancid cooking oil. The other odd property of taking this multi-vitamin is the fact that it causes your urine to change colors to an orange/yellow that will startle you when you see it.

I could tell, feel a change as if it REALLY is beneficial. Nails and hair growth noticeably apparent within a day or two.

All four of our children had diarrhea after taking just one dose of the children’s vitamin gummies. I didn’t know if it really was the gummies giving them stomach problems, so I tried taking them. I only took the children’s serving size (2 gummies) in the morning and by the afternoon I had diarrhea and stomach cramping that lasted until the next day. The kids had rashes from the diarrhea for a few days. I am not sure what ingredient caused this because compared to other vitamin gummies I’ve bought for the kids the ingredients are nearly identical. Maybe it was a bad batch? I am hoping to get my money back because most of the bottle is left and we are unable to take them.
