Hikari Tropical First Bites | 10g | Aquarium Fish Food

Very good product even smallest fry can able to eat and grow. I am using this to grow my bosmani rainbow fry

I have a batch of Neolamprologus Multifasciatus newborns, they are way too tiny & as I was not comfortable feeding them even well-crushed flakes or micro pellets, I decided to go with Hikari Tropical First Bites. I have based my rating on the following pros & cons. Kindly take note that this reviews is experience which is subjective.Pros:(Reason for giving 4 stars)- They are indeed fine granules, I would say almost powder.- They are perfect for any newborn fishes which are just a couple of days old.- Value for money.- Does not make the water cloudy.- This is the original Hikari for sure.- Newborn N. Multifasciatus loved eating this food.Cons (reason for knocking off 1 star)- Ziplock packets are absolutely inconvenient. I never liked Hikari packing.

I tried this food for 1 week cichlids fry, a lot of the food went waste. Later I tried other sinking fish food from hikari and fry were able to find it and eat.Now they are 8 week old and growing up fast.

Product is as described, very finely powdered fry food, my cichlid fry go nuts over it, I also have seen good growth once I switched from regular crushed pellets to this food

Very nice product.It's too good for goldfish fry i am feeding this food to goldfish fry from 5th day.It's giving magical result overall growth of fry are excellent.Thanks to seller sagar aquarium and Amazon.

The food is in a powder form. I feed my fry three times a day. My fry are angelfish, guppies, tetra. The food almost last for 50 days. It may make water dirty if there is no filter in it

Go for it.. Must buy..the babies just love it. This price was less than what it was at Kurla market in Mumbai.
